Burrico's Story/ Nuestra Historia

Ubicados en la Sierra Panameña, Burricos es el primer restaurante Pana-Mexicano en Volcan establecido en 2013. Los propietarios, Mirtha y Jaime ambos tienen décadas de experiencia en la gestión de restaurantes. Jaime es de México y Mirtha es nativa de Panamá. Con su amor por la comida, el servicio al cliente y una combinación de sus cocinas nativas, decidieron abrir Burricos, una mezcla de todas las cosas que realmente aman.

Located in the Panamanian Highlands, Burricos is the first of its kind in Volcan. Established in 2013, The owners, Mirtha and Jaime both have decades of experience in restaurant management. Jaime himself is from Mexico and Mirtha is a native of Panama with a history of restaurant owenership in Volcan since 1989.  With their love for food, customer service and a mix of their native cuisines they decided to open Burricos, a mixture of all the things they truly love.
